God continues the work of re-connecting with his people throughout the Old Testament. Today, we look to the promises God makes to David in 2 Samuel 7:1-17. God promises David that his son will hold the throne of an everlasting kingdom and will build a new temple. A promise which finds its ultimate fulfillment in King Jesus.
